The day unfolded at an exquisite eight-bedroom villa in the Sea Caves, described by guests as “simply majestic”. The gated villa is set in 2000 square metres of glorious gardens with orange, lemon and olive trees, the perfect setting for a wedding ceremony and reception.

The villa was the perfect choice for the couple, offering not only a picturesque setting, but also ample space to accommodate their closest family and friends. Its private gardens, spacious terraces and infinity pool gave the celebration an intimate yet grand atmosphere, allowing guests to bask in the warm Cypriot sun while enjoying a front-row seat to the most important day of Tayla and Mark’s lives.

As the morning light spilled over the villa’s balconies, preparations for the big day began. The air buzzed with anticipation and joy. Meanwhile, Mark and his group, dressed in sharp linen suits in shades of sand and ivory, shared jokes and a few pre-wedding toasts as he got ready in another wing of the villa. The atmosphere was lighthearted but tinged with excitement, as the realisation set in that the moment was finally here.

The Ceremony: Love Among the Sea Cliffs
By late afternoon, the villa’s outside had been transformed into a stunning ceremonial space. Rows of white chairs were arranged in the garden, facing the ceremonial table, with local blooms creating a stunning focal point.

As guests took their seats, the sky above was a radiant blue, casting a romantic glow over the setting.

The two flower girls, bridesmaids, and page boy made their entrance followed by Tayla her entrance down the aisle created, escorted by her father,as the guests rose in awe. The emotion in Mark’s eyes was unmistakable as he caught his first glimpse of his bride. The ceremony was officiated by a local registrar, during the ceremony, Tayla and Mark read out their own words to each other and when the words “I do” were spoken and the first kiss sealed their union, cheers erupted, echoing into the coastal breeze. Confetti made of dried flowers fluttered through the air as Tayla and Mark walked back up the aisle, hand in hand, grinning with pure happiness.

The Reception: A Feast of Flavour and Joy
As the sun dipped below the horizon, the celebration seamlessly transitioned into a lively and luxurious reception. The villa’s expansive decked area had been elegantly set with long banquet tables adorned with a stunning floral arrangement of olive branches, and seasonal blooms.

The sizzling aromas of halloumi, souvlaki, lamb kleftiko, fresh seafood, and marinated vegetables filled the air, enticing guests to indulge in a feast worthy of the occasion.The buffet also featured traditional meze—hummus, tzatziki, olives, and warm pita—alongside local wines and a signature cocktail created just for the couple.
